How sour was your bottle? Mine was not at all, though it had a wonderful brett character.

 

To me it has a medium-low level of acidity, but it has a salinity that mixes with it really well and fills out that space that is usually just sour. And you're right, the brett brings a really nice lemony element without any excessive carbonation, the mouthfeel is more prickly like a gueuze than bubbly.
