Maybe I'm just naive but I don't get why they need to actually factor EBF into any of their decisions. They brew whatever they want to brew and sell out of everything no matter what, why should this week be any different? If anything, they're trying to avoid any EBF crazyness by closing on Saturday.

My guess is that this week will be Green, Julius, and Lights On for cans, maybe something small batch for growler fills, but I think if anything, they would release something big next week if it's left over from EBF, and when all the hype has died down, but just a guess

That might be the case given their current situation, but I don't think that's how they've done it before. I believe two years ago Juice Machine and Double Shot were both available the same week as EBF, as was Good Morning last year.

Could GM off the EBF list mean that it's on for growler fills only?

Huh? If a batch of Good Morning was ready for packaging this week you better believe they would have it on tap at EBF. I don't know why they would tease it and then take it away for only the brewery.

I highly doubt it. I'm sure GM was what they intended to brew for EBF. For whatever reason - perhaps availability of local maple syrup - it didn't get made. I'd be shocked if they pulled GM off for EBF just to hold it back for the taproom. That updated Treehouse EBF list looks spectacular anyway.

I'm fortunate to have had tried GM in the past so I'm actually happier about this. GM is amazing but it's just a beer and I'm looking forward to trying some new ones.

Having said that, I could understand some disappointment from someone who has never tried it and is possibly even flying out to EBF and had it on their must-try list.

Haha yeah, I just can't think of why they would scratch it like that at the last moment. Maybe the triple shot was supposed to be on for fills, GM for EBF, and pulled a last minute switch? Who knows...

Regardless of what's available you will not be disappointed. Everything I've ever had from them is delicious.

I would go to EBF just for Give Me Truth. Sounds amazing. If that was ever put on at the brewery the line would be days long.

You might even be understating the line there...

Anyone have ideas on how long an unopened growler from Tree House lasts? I got a few last week and then immediately came down with a cold the next day, and it's dragging on. I'm trying to balance my currently diminished taste buds with when the beer will start to fade in quality to pick an optimal drinking day...

depends on beer, size of growler and temp subjected to. they've tweeted in response to this question 10-14 days their beers start to fall off. Ive had a 3 week old green 2L that was perfect but a month old double shot 750 that was less than optimal.

I wonder why the limit on Green cans for Wednesday is 6 PP... I believe it was 8 PP last week with the same amount of cases available. Possibly a change to accommodate the EBF crowds for Thursday and Friday?

I'm guessing they want cans to last until Friday. They will sell out regardless, so why not spread it out? Probably 6 cans of something else tomorrow too (Julius is my guess)
