Someone got in line today at 8:56am.

 

A silent release of Alter Ego would blow people's minds.

 

Green and Julius limits have been lowered to 4 PP as 11:51 they just updated the on tap page.

 

People are strange.

 

this is only true of their more common canning runs. they normally wait on special cans so they don't ave people showing up at 8:56AM....

Wut, someone actually showed up at 6 hours early when there's no risk of anything running out from the day before?

 

lol yes. there were 2 people here around that time. about 45 in line now. people are expecting something big i guess.

 

So much for "Respecting our hours"

 

i don't think that's what it means. I think they mean don't show up on a Tuesday and get pissed when we don't sell you beer. I don't think TH is complaining that people line up to purchase their product. They know how craft beer works now.

 

Someone asked about this on their twitter... they said "respecting our hours" meant not showing up when they were closed for the day, not when waiting in line for the day's releases.

 

It's going to be hilarious if it ends up being lights on or something

 

eh. who cares what others do with their time? That's what they wanted to do. Lights On is effing delicious, why would that be hilarious?

 

My vote is for Doppleganger based in the website banner. Maybe a special growler fill too?

 

Yea exactly, people are gonna do what they wanna do. Plus, no matter how you look at it they are "wasting" their time, since the last few big releases have lasted through the first day I'm pretty sure. I know KJ made it to the next day for sure, might have even made it to Saturday.

 

Not looking to start an internet fight with my comments. I'm just saying I hope Tree House doesn't devolve into an Alchemist situation where they end up not being able to sell at the brewery due to neighbors complaining. End of thoughts.

I usually show up 3 hours early and work from my car. It's worth it to me and not a waste because I get in and out. I have a long ride home so I like being first 20.

 

I'm amazed that that hasn't happened already.

 

Only a matter of time before this location gets shut down via the neighbors. It's sad that people have no self-control. Regardless, I hope it's a great release for all!

 

Lights On is a great beer. I'm just saying it would be funny because I'm guessing a lot of people made the assumption that the beer was not something they could get often when it wasn't posted around 11 am and got in line very early in hopes that it would be a less often released beer. That's all.

 

Right, that's why I put "wasting" in quotation marks. Some people view it as a waste of time, others don't. Thought that was clear.
