Ocelot/Meridian Pint Talking Backwards Triple IPA release

Here's hoping Dominion in FC (my local) is one of the select accounts to get this. They're a big purveyor of things Ocelot.

 

I'll add any growlers as well, preferably 32oz or 750ml.

 

Not sure if this was already mentioned, but Oclelot posted that starting Feb 3 they will be open weekdays at 1pm

 

When would this hit Ocelot's tasting room?

Aren't they closed on Wednesday's?

Just had a taster and grabbed some growlers at Ocelot. Tasty stuff!

Really nice work. Amazingly fresh and pungent aroma, great balance of juiciness and bitterness, and a dry finish. For a beer that strong, there's very little alcohol heat until the last few sips when the glass is warmer (as am I).

 

Seconded. Very well done.

 

It's crazy drinkable for a 10% beer. I also didn't realize just how intense the flavor was until the Nugget Nectar i had afterwards tasted like a barely-hopped brown ale.

 

Had a pint today. It was excellent. Will probably be back for more with growlers to fill.

 

Talking Backwards is fantastic. Great job by the Pint/S&B team and Ocelot on this! Totally avoids being sweet and boozy and is all about hop flavor. Get out there and try this.

 

Agreed, great beer, had a couple last nite, growlers filled, and the ABV is well hidden, color is great too, and awesome nose.

 

Stopping by Ocelot today to give this one a try, can't wait.
