Specs on 35 in SA had whiskey and Bonnie. Only a few left of each.

 

HEB in Houston on Alabama St has Whiskey. Have to ask someone for them.

HEB Pearland has Drinkin, Bonnie, and the Weasel left. Might be sold out of Whiskey though. call the wine guy 713-578-6100.

Funk Metal is Sour Black Metal. It was some good stuff. Hasn't been bottled.

 

I haven't heard of kegs here either. Hope they bring some soon. We rarely get JK on tap here.

 

There's casks at Hay Merchant from time to time. It was cool when I lived right down the street from it and could ride my bike there...

 

I was talking with the bar guy at Hopfields and asking why they only rarely get Jester King on tap... apparently they've scaled back their kegging program a lot and are focusing more on bottles. Don't know if he was bullshitting me... but I only ever see it at Alamo Drafthouse (usually Petit Prince or Wytchmaker) and Draught House regularly here in town in kegs. And that's only usually 1 beer on tap, rotating.

 

I think part of it might have to do with the fact that their kegs are not force carbonated. Some bars may not want to deal with the nuance involved with pouring from a naturally carbonated keg.

 

Alon Market (SATX) has Bonnie and Weasel, no Whiskey.

 

Black Metal kegs used to give bars fits.

 

Bandera pointe HEB plus has Bonnie, whiskey, and weasel. At least a case of each.

 

Total Wine & More Dallas/Park Lane has Weasel and plenty of Drink'in, no Bonnie or Whiskey.
