This batch of DBZ is really nice, war elephant is drinking great as well. Could be a game changer if they are canning on a regular basis.

I remember the first time I had to wait on line at Plan Bee, and knew things would never be the same. I have that same feeling about Rushing Duck today. Good size line out the door for the first 3/4 hour of business.

Not sure how much remained when I left at 7:00, but I wouldn't be surprised to find out they don't last the weekend.

Drinking a War Elephant can right now, and it is just delicious, so easy drinking and yummy.

I got there around 4:20 and there was a line, but it was inside. I actually got a parking spot in front as folks were leaving.

My plan was to leave the office at noon and head over there. From there I was going to Carton to pick up some 07750.
My new plan is to try and sneak out by 3. Carton is out of the question.

 

Just left there about a half hour ago and the DBZ is out. They were saying this batch was not as much as past canings. Still had some cases of War Elephant in the cooler. I didn't ask what, if any, they had left in the back.

 

Anyone go up from Long Island? Considered it, just such a hike through horrible traffic areas.

 

About 20 or so cases of War Elephant left.
I suggest grabbing a growler of Pay to Play as well.

 

The Pay to Play is drinking really good and so is the Cured Rauchbier.

 

Finally made it to RD around 2:00. Scored a 4-pack of /0 and War Elephant. First time there, thoroughly impressed.

I fear you are right in your prediction cavedave. That's probably the fastest they have sold out in cans. I know it was war elephant and Super Bowl weekend but add in how good DBZ was this time and the line and hype this received and I don't see small easy can releases anymore for them.

 

It's so awesome to be drinking this out of cans. Always filled up my growlers with elephant. Tasting sooooo good right now.

 

This is definitely the best DBZ has tasted, and the War Elephant is oh so good.

I think they may need to halve their limits on releases, or just have more of them!
