Hey guys, thought I'd share, just saw Herbe à Détourne Momentum 4 packs bottled dec 29, so got to chatting and DDC is changing their format. Apparently la Paienne will no longer be available. Also, Herbe à Détourne and Solstice d'été will no longer be Momentum releases but rather seasonal, so available for a full 3 months!!! New stuff will become Momentum releases including an Abbey style blonde, a gose along with a few other things. Thought I'd share as this is pretty great news
Hope the abbey style blonde is the Rigor Mortis Blonde...had it on tap last weekend , deliciousness Paienne is no big loss and heard also than Penombre is gone which is fine since i didn't care for it myself.
Unless I saw wrong, solstice D'ete framboise will more readily available, but cherry is is no longer available
If anyone is going to this that is willing to discuss shopping for possible art prints (I love their labels) that would be for sale and/or would be willing to trade some of the allocation, please let me know. I would be more than happy to pay you for your services with beer and/or cash. I have an unhealthy amount of bcs and other Chicago beer. I would send you a healthy box.
That is because it is not released yet. Chemin de Croix is the current seasonal and La Brise-Vent a Saison with berries. Haven't heard of release date of the Abbey Blonde yet.
Ahh, well that makes sense then. Only place I know in Toronto that has Dieu du Ciel beers is Thirsty & Miserable in Kensington Market.
Only Cafe, Bar Volo always seem to have stuff. Contact Keep Six Imports for the most update information on what DdC beers are available. Peche Day is at Bar Volo on Feb 27th they will have a rocking selection that day of DdC in bottles and on tap.
