Thanks for the link. I had their Hog Heaven about 3 years ago and liked it so much I took a chance and sent them an email for the recipe. Had it the next day, same one listed in the link. If I ever get out that way I'm going to try to visit. Hog Heaven is awesome.

My brother gave me that record when I was 15 and it changed my life. I've been walking around for the last day singing that tune.

Adam is a solid guy. He sent out signed bottles of the trinity series to people who placed in a local homebrew competition about two months after the event just as a thank you for supporting the comp.

Well looky there. Another quality professional brewer using 30 minute hop additions.

Just think about how much better their beer could be if they knew what homebrewers know about hop schedules.

The typical homebrewer's disdain for 30 minute hop additions has always tickled my back fat a little. :astonished:

:grimacing: Ever since they came available to homebrewers, Bullon and Cluster are the only hops I've in my freezer in any significant quantity. I've tried pretty much all of the new varieties as they come available, but I always return for the most part to these two "old school" favorites, which actually work quite well for pretty all of the styles I brew regularly. I suppose that after 44 years of homebrewing, I like consistency and repeatability...and old preferences die hard.:grinning:
