Don't know how many follow Meridian Pint on Twitter, but they just announced that they were going to have limited Bottle Pours of Goose Island 2015 Proprietors Blend tonight:

"We have several surprises for tonight: #1 @GooseIsland Brewer Di is bringing a small amount of 2015 Proprietor's for bottle pours."

 

I live near Pipetown and I've had a few conversations with the owner there. It is a little bit of a weird place. It does seem like they order exclusively from the Shelton Bros catalog. The prices can be a bit high, and stuff can sit a while on the shevles - particularly an issue with hoppy stuff. That said, they do have an excellent cider collection and the mead selection is coming along. Give them some time...

 

Looks like Hopslam is at Dominion.

 

How much did that Fou set you back?

The '14 Fou was $50. I went Sunday night w the wife and got Framboos for $60. Their bottle list is lambic heaven; send me a pm if you ever want to split a bottle.

MOMs Arlington still has a little hopslam left. I also saw STBC back burner and and some DFH Hellhound which caught my eye because it's not that time of year. Bottle says 2011 on it!

 

Did you buy it?

 

They had it at Whole Foods Foggy Bottom last time couple times I was there. Doesn't seem to be moving too quickly (unless a second batch came in), priced at $19 per 6 pack.

 

So happens they also had it at Whole Foods P street at lunchtime. No idea if they still do.

 

i didn't cause i'm not sure how i feel about it... it ages well? can't really blame MOMs here as they've only been open since november... not like they've been sitting on it for years
