Going to be there for a few days on business. Any recommendations?

Lots of good places, what part of town will you be staying? Downtown?

There a few good ones. Where are you staying?
    Downtown has Flying Saucer.
Near Southside has The Bearded Lady, Chimera Brewing. Collective Brewing Project has a tap room open Wed-Sat.
Camp Bowie area has The Gingerman.
West 7th has Rodeo Goat for 20 taps and great burgers.

A little more specific location and I'll be happy to add a few more.

T&P Tavern and Brass Tap are close, as is Flying Saucer. All three are walking distance for you. If you have a car, the others I mentioned are good. If not, a cheap uber will get you to the Southside

What about bottle shops? Interested in trying Yellow Rose, but don't see it listed on any of the tap lists above.

on W 7th St, Trinity River Taproom or Social House are both good places, although I tend to like Trinity much better.

Bottle shops closest to you will be Central Market (grocery store) on Hulen and Specs (liquor store) on Hulen, both have a good selection.

Sadly, I highly doubt you'll find any Yellow Rose unless on tap, distro of bottles tends to be non-existent!

The majority of the Yellow Rose bottles usually stay on the Dallas side of town when they hit DFW.

Kool Keg in Arlington has YR on tap and bottles to go.

There's also a World of Beer on W. 7th, just west of University Ave. Huge selection of beer. Staff is hit and miss on beer knowledge. Bottles don't turn over very often. I've gotten a few old ones there. Food and atmosphere aren't bad. Lots of TVs for sports watching. Sometimes they have live music.
If you're going that far from downtown, you might as well go to the Ginger Man about 4 blocks farther west. Smaller selection, but very beer savvy staff.

RIP Trinity River Tap House. Closes on Valentines Day.
