It retails for around $17/ 4 pack where I am, which is significantly higher than comparable beers like Old Rasputin ($10).

I've kind of liked some of their stuff, so I picked up a Keegan's Chemistry Set (12 mixer pack) on SALE for $22. I have been robbed.

Jackie O's seems to price its BA beers at $11.99/12 oz. bottle by default. A couple of them might be worth it, but several others aren't. Being BA doesn't automatically make a beer good/ valuable.

My current biggest price bitch is Ballast Point. It just recently became available in Michigan. I'd been looking forward for my first chance at Sculpin, and it was excellent. $14.99/sixer, way over priced, IMO.

Somewhat of a discussion in the South Atlantic region section but, here in NC, I'll have to say Lynnwood Grill & Brewing Concern's Hubris DIPA takes the prize. Don't get me wrong it's damn fine beer (as BA ratings to date will support) but $7.50 for roughly a 12 oz pour at their establishment or $30 for a 64 oz growler (sans the cost for the growler)? Damn... that hurts.

I've wanted to try this for awhile, but I just can't at ~$17.99 a bomber.

The local gas/food stores in my little cow town are now selling Elysian since they are now owned by In-Bev. A six pack of Space Dust is $11 and change and Loser is $9+ also. I'm sticking with made in my own state craft and New Belgium Ranger/Rampant.

At 5 a beer I don't think Pliny is over priced. It does suck when you buy a 12 pack of it because that is kind of a dent for a 12 pack of IPA.

Prairie Bomb at $9.99 a twelve ounce bottle, way overpriced.

Ballast point. I'll throw singles in a pick 6er but that $ keeps me from ever grabbing a 6 pack on its own

I don't think Pliny's overpriced. 7 dollars really isn't too steep for it. But basically anything from Mikkeller. I'm hoping his brewery in San Diego will lend itself to more economically sound brews

Agree that Sculpin is a very good beer, but there is no justification for paying $15/6 pack with all of the good IPAs out there these days.

I'd have to say the most overpriced beer I consistently see is anything from Allagash. Their 4 packs range from $9.99 for their Beligan Whit (it should be a 6 pk at that price) to $11.99 for the black and tripel. No thanks! And their 750ml, cork and cage, beers are always over $20. They probably are great beers, but not at that price! The Dogfish Head 705ml bottles are expensive as well. Between $15-$17 every time is too much. Stone 6 packs for over $20 in Massachusetts is also crazy. That's why I either buy Stone in singles every now and again, or in a bomber occasionally.
