Yeah UPC issue unfortunately. They are resolving it this week and releasing it to retailers next week.

Got a message last night that NW OH will be receiving shipments today. I'll confirm in a couple hours.

 

I also got a message last night that shipments of juju will be delayed until next week, so I guess we will see who's sources are correct. I'm hoping you are right, but was told Findlay/Lima etc. would all be next week for Juju now..

 

Cool, I'm in Toledo...will keep everyone posted.

 

Go to Fathead's - either the Brewpub in N. Olmsted or the Taproom / brewery in Middleburg Hts - Hop Juju and other goodies should be flowing!

Stop at Ohio City (W 25th st / Cleveland area) - hit up Great Lakes, Market Garden, Platform etc

As far as what to pick up and where - depends on where you are going to be and what you like.....NE Ohio has a lot of beer to offer!

Go to Brewkettle, many cool bars and restaurants in the Lakewood area

Tons of good beer and many many stores

I'm tempted to say I like Juju bottles more this year than last year, but it's not like I've ever been disappointed when Juju comes out. I just feel like the draft & bottles seem a lot more consistent this year. For some reason I remember liking it on draft a lot more than bottles last year.

 

Cases still for sale at Taphouse with the pack again issue? Was going to stop later today...

 

My guess is that's just a distribution problem. I don't think that would affect to go sales at the Taproom. At least it didn't stop them when I was there on Saturday.

 

Great Lakes and Platform would not be an option for him. They are not open on Sundays.

Juju had the UPC for sunshine daydream on it. so, they recalled all deliveries to fix.

Sounds like a few places in Toledo will be getting shipments in waves this year as opposed to all at once. Andersons will be getting 5 cases next week and a few here an there over the next month.
