    Yea it only gave me 10 choices..i wanted to include more and to be honest i forgot about a couple big guys so i threw in Vic Secret bc ive been seeing it a lot lately

    Voted Other for Simcoe hops! Galaxy also burst onto my radar because of Stone's Thunderstruck, which might have been the best IPA I had last year.

    I hope you realize that I was in defense of your post. I try not to be a dick on the Internet. I remind myself that 'most' people use BA because they love good beer. It's your post and, as such, you can list whatever hops you want.

    Cascade.
    Timeless american hop great in conjunction with most hops which is rare.

    There are very few hops that make it nicely into a beer alone that it is tough to know for sure. I voted citra as I have had a lot of great citra beers. I could be convinced to change my vote I am sure.

    I've found I really like beers that use Galaxy hops in significant amounts, either in combination with other hops or by themselves. Second would probably have to be the classic European-lager-type noble hops -- I'm blanking on the names of individual varieties right now but I know them when I taste them, at least. XD

    Simcoe form me , but I growing fond of Azacca at an alarming rate!
