    Chest freezer with a temperature controller. Not the prettiest but it will easily get the job done.

    Keep an eye out on craigslist for a good deal on a chest freezer. I got a deal of a lifetime when a local meat market closed and sold all of their freezers. Add a temperature controller and a simple dehumidifier and youre good to go!

    Commercial shelf bought off craigslist, sitting in my basement where it sits at a pretty steady 60 degrees or so year round
