    I will probably cry if it's anything good, since I'll be out of town those dates. I will probably also cry if it's a lager.

    Yeah Mariana Trench is my guess. A stout just in time for those cold Florida winters :stuck_out_tongue:

    We are brewing our first lager (and probably only we'll do each year) today, an Oktoberfest. But that won't be in bottles but on draft for the event weekend.

    Yeah, that's what I was hinting at. I figured the Oktoberfest celebration would include a beer of the style, but was hoping that wasn't the bottle release.

    Now you're just being mean, lol. Soooo being that it's just about harvest time and preorders for fresh hops are being taken, I'm going to guess that maybe Cat. 5 will exist, and that since October is stout time(it's always stout time for me), that Mariana Trench will probably be selection number 2.

    Beyond that, you're teasing a new beer that doesn't exist(not that the others have been brewed before, beyond homebrew) and it will actually be a surprise. I'm expecting something to be done with fresh hops at least, given timing. :stuck_out_tongue:

    Looks like they let the Cat 5 outta the bag:
    Due South BrewingMichael, Cat 5 will be released in bottles (and a small amount on draft) during our Oktoberfest (3-Day Celebration starts 10/11/12). Not sure about the exact day. We'll announce details on our "Events" link here on FB.
