Yep and they are super willing to help out. They just posted this morning if anyone needs help with one of their recipes that you can email them.

My friend and I tried to brew a variant of Citra High, but it ended up failing miserably.

I also live about 10 minutes away!

That's good to know! Not the 'Citra High fail', but the fact that they're willing to help

They use 1272 for a lot of their 15% beers. I have no intention of making a 15% beer, but it's good to know just in case.

I ran a couple of their recipes through calculators and neither of them produced results that were close to what they specified.

Next time I use guarana powder or poppy seeds I'll know exactly what to do. Thanks brew dogs.
Seriously though a lot of these recipes seem interesting but I've never tried any of their beer. Anyone with some insight on their best recipes to try out?

They reccomend dry hopping at 57 degrees F. Interesting.

I think stone does 2 or 3 days at room temp and then a few weeks cold storage
Firestone never dry hops more than 3 days. I guess everyone's got their own ways.

The kola, guarana, poppy beer tastes good. However, it's a potentially dangerous combination of uppers and downers and there is an increased risk of dying on the toilet. It's the only Brewdog beer I've tried.

I can't tell if you're joking. That's gotta be a great beer to risk goin out that way

The kola and guarana are packed with caffeine. The poppy and booze are downers. Mixing uppers and downers is how Elvis died on the toilet. I had to take a rare mid day nap after drinking a bomber.

Brewdog is opening a brewery in Ohio. Maybe they will sell beer at a reasonable price soon? I'm not paying $7 for 12oz of stale transatlantic IPA.

It's been pointed out on a couple of other forums that there appears to be a bunch of mistakes in it unfortunately. Looks like they misplaced some decimal points

Recipe#9 has less hops in it than a greene king beer

I thought those numbers sounded light
