They're all assumed infected, per Goose Island. Just call & have them process a refund for whatever you have/had.

 

They refuse to say it's infected, just that it doesn't taste right. The rep I spoke to was very clear that there are no infection issues.

 

Seems like something you have told people before: it isn't infected, it doesn't taste right.

As a old Journalism major, I applaud Goose Island's precise use of the English langue. As we geeks use the term, the damn beers are 100% infected.

 

I made the mistake of telling the rep on the phone that one of my bottles that I had drank didn't taste too bad and then he wouldn't give me credit for it.

 

Yup, had the guy ask me how it tasted. I said it tasted like green pepper. I wasn't going to give them a reason.

 

So you can get the refund by just calling the rep instead of going online?

I held for 10 minutes earlier today then got a rep.

 

I was only asked how many bottles I had, what kind and where I bought em at. Never once did it come up to how they tasted.

Top Ten Andover had about 5 bottles on the shelf as of last Thursday

 

Saw some at Sta Anthony on hwy 88, along with singles of CW BBBW.

 

Swung in F44 today, they had 4 packs of CW BBBW. This release was so weird this year. Some stores had it split into singles, limit one, or limit two. Others had the normal stacks of 4-packs with no limit (like F44). In past years it was a shelf turd that lasted weeks or months out in the burbs, what gives this year? Lower yield? Apologize if this has already been discussed.
