Good lord. This is already the greatest tap list I've ever seen assembled and there's still 2 whalez from CCB and several other heavy hitters yet to announce what they're bringing.

    ISO: An extra liver.

The tweeter. They posted a pic along with the caption "Putting our hunahpu's day beers together..."

Cycle typically has a couple non-BA stouts on tap, but sometimes it's nice to bottle share IPAs/sours/saisons in between getting pours of Cycle beers.

Where did you see that ABMZ would be a timed release? CCB has previously stated on their FB page that there would be NO timed releases

After you go through the line 6 or 8 times it's nice to sit down and pop a bottle or two. You're gonna have plenty of time over the 5 hrs to hit all the Cycle BA stuff you want.

I believe what they are saying is there will be no pre-announced timed releases. I think they will be sending notifications through the app. So you'll have a stumbling herd of neck-beards instead of a big line with bros saving spots for their bros.

Thanks! I never saw that. Guess I better go and make sure the notifications are turned on for the app

Timed release isn't the same as "we only have 10 taps on our jockey boxes and have 20 beers". It probably wont be in the first run of kegs but I dont think it'll be "tapped exactly at 1pm" thing either. It will probably go on when a line frees up and they'll let everyone know when it does.

To be fair CCB has 15 pouring stations... They can adjust pretty well to how they want. But I would agree with your overall statement.

I definitely think a notification at a random time is better than a timed tap - it's infuriating when a line starts to develop 30 minutes in anticipation for a timed tapping.

Agreed. Send the notification, then watch the most in-shape dudes on the planet in the 150 yard dash. #NewOlympicEvents

It's a beer event... do you know how many people that will stroke out? Not enough emt/medics in Tampa.

From CCB's Facebook post on the event page:

Don't want to wait in line to get into Hunahpu's Day?

Want to get in earlier to avoid scrambling for the whales on tap?

    Introducing the Front-of-the-Line Pass.

The first 100 people to purchase a pass will skip the line and get into Hunahpu's Day 15 minutes before everyone else, allowing you to seek out the best beers without waiting in line!

Most importantly? 100% of the sales for these passes will benefit the Pediatric Cancer Foundation http://events.fastercure.org/goto/CigarCity.

Passes are $25 each, and you can purchase up to 2 passes per transaction.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must already have a Hunahpu's Day wristband to use a pass. If you purchase two passes, both guests must have already purchased wristbands.

EDIT: and they're gone just like that
