2014 Mirror Mirror at U Wine and Beer, also Bourbon County Regal Rye for those who missed out, and randomly 2014 Barleywine.

 

Hop, Cask & Barrel in Georgetown/ Glover Park had a case of Westy 12 today. I've never had it and would love to try, but they were asking $35 a bottle so I passed. Too rich for my blood

 

I think it's only $25 to drink a bottle onsite at the Sovereign in Georgetown.

A lot of bottles of XII with ridiculous prices have shown up in dc stores the last few months

 

I have 4 westy. At My beer cellar you can get 6 shipped for $100 if you work it's

 

Did you see how many Regal Rye were left? I doubt those make it through lunch...

They'd been there all day. 5 or 6 left. The place gets surprisingly little traffic.

U Wine & Beer also had a bottle or two of Rare the last time I was in there (probably a month or so ago), but at $100 a bottle, I couldn't justify pulling the trigger.

 

Most of the time, if something surpising is still on the shelf, after all this time, there is one reason-absurd pricing.

 

Bay Ridge Wine and Liquor in Annapolis had several Maine Beer offerings as of last week (MO being one).
