I didn't see them, but I'm sure they will be. If not, there's always Stearns and Wine Country

Looks like most OC shops got the MT releases today.

Is Luponic Distortion around LA anywhere? I've seen it hit other states but I haven't seen it ay any of my normal spots.

I have yet to see it anywhere around here (South Bay) and the Firestone beer finder, as crappy as it is, is not showing anything near me at all.

Firestone has awful distributors for SoCal.

That's why I picked up cans at barrelworks this weekend. Firestone takes forever to get to SoCal. When cans first started hitting, I saw them on a trip to Chicago before they were in L.A.

Maybe they sent a bunch of "sold-out" Parabajava to Chicago too...

Anyone else hearing that Sixpoint Brewery will be hitting our at least Los Angeles distro in the next few weeks? Supposedly bringing their 4 core beers as well as CREAM and Hi-Res...

Just an FYI, federal bar in north Hollywood has a killer taplist right now. Things like BA 10 fidy, abraxas, bcbs, gose gone wild, bomb, 2013 abyss, feral one and several others.

My parents live just up the hill from the new Temecula location which for decades was a shitty seafood restaurant called the Captain's Cabin. But I digress, I had some BA Victory at Sea on tap on Sunday after I left their place and just wasn't interested in buying a bottle. With the new BP taproom if the local breweries can step up their game just a little bit Temecula is going to be a nice destination for beer.

Don't look at the Yelp reviews for the new Temecula Ballast Point. Was hoping to visit but, I might stay clear for a while or, try going during a weekday.

Think the one in Long Beach might have a similar selection?

A 4 star average with most of the negative comments saying "I had to wait in line to get a beer instead of table service, EW!" doesn't sound all that damning. First step of Yelp is "Do the people writing negative comments sound like d-bags?"

Not sure about the long beach location. I do know that the north Hollywood location was celebrating its 5th anniversary. That is the reason for all the good taps.

The sad thing is they canned and bottled this beginning on February 10th. The key with this like Stone's Enjoy By is to consume as fresh as possible. By the time it hits shelfs here in LA/OC it probably will be at least 5/ 6 weeks old. Every retailer I have talked to can only say its in their system and have no idea when they will get it.

    Cheers…..
