I enjoy Galaxy a lot as well and it was actually the first OH beer I ever had back when it was first brewed in summer of 2014. Amazing how far they've come since then between the can releases and amount of beers they continue to churn out.

Yea they started off strong and only continue to get better. Even though they pull crazy crowds these days and it's hard to get cans I still feel lucky to always be able to find their beers on tap all over the city

I drank my last Suparillo (I forgot about it in the back of the fridge) last night and it still tasted great.

Potential dumb question, but they are doing fills of mosaic right? Not just draft only?

Can you guys imagine if Other Half did a collab with Treehouse? The line would probably stretch to Mass & back.

I'm guessing we'd need to line up the night before. Maybe they'd do it at TH though, since they are much more capable of handling massive crowds.

@crowlcrowlcrowl I'm actually already waiting in that line. It's nice to finally be in the front.

If you're wondering which one is me, I'll have a teku in each hand and a recycling bag filled with empty whales.

So, what are anticipating the lines for this one? I love wheat IPAs, so looking forward to this. And in an ironic twist, galaxy was the first can release at OH i ever went to and I loved that.

This will probably be similar to the last release if I had to guess. I keep holding out hope that they'll figure out a way to speed up the line, because then these releases really wouldn't be that bad.

I guess the better question would be- how close to 10 do I need to arrive? Or, rolling in at 11 would be cool?

If you get there by 11/11:30 you should be fine to get beer but will wait a few hours in line. While in line last week Sam was still walking to the end of line with wrist bands around that time.

In all honesty it doesn't matter what time you get there chances are its going to be about a 3-4 hour wait. Get there at 6am be right out at ten when they open. Get there at 8am you will be out around 12. If you have afternoon plans def the earlier the better

Yea, this. Unfortunately, the line moves slowly and there's no way around it, unless turnout is lower than expected. It's really a matter of preference and when you want to leave, but you should budget no less than 3 hours and if you get out in less time count it as a pleasant surprise.

Stopped by the taproom after work to try the new Mosaic batch. Definitely showed those characteristic mosaic qualities of dank and earth, but overwhelmed by bitterness on the backend. Dont remember last batch being quite so abrasive.

Agreed on the assessment here. It's still good mind you, but not what the last canning set the bar at. On a tangential note, the current Citra batch is really good, better than previous. Current Citra Cans >> Current Mosaic Tap, and historically I would not have had Citra in my top 5 OH brews but Mosaic was maybe 2/3.

Yep 100%. Also to whoever brought that Bernese Mountain dog thanks for letting me get some pets--even in that tiny taproom its great to see a dog over there
