Last year was the first year they specifically instructed people to not bring those beers.....but I'm sure people did anyway.

 

For those that were using multiple devices yesterday (most, I suspect) - did anyone have countdown timers that weren't in sync? My phone was about 4 seconds ahead of the computer and iPad....and my phone was the device that successfully secured tickets. Thought that was weird.

My phone was 2-3 sec ahead but none of my devices came through with tix. Lucky rest of my group scored some.

 

my timer was slow by a couple of seconds as well. it did not have any impact on my ability to purchase tickets, however. I had 3 browsers in queue for like 10 minutes...i opened a 4th browser and got right in to purchase....

 

If you're close enough to Munster, they usually hold some tickets back that they sell at the brewery. If you keep an eye on their social media, you'll see when, and I guess if it happens.

 

Still in the queue...maybe I'll let it go until DLD.

 

I got group a tickets within 15 seconds and group c came immediately for my friends.. Guess I got lucky

 

This will be my first time going for group A. Is there a separate entrance for group A ticket holders to get you in and directly in line for bottles? Last year there was about 30-45 minute line just to get in to the festival. Are group A people allowed to skip that line or do you have to show up super early?

 

I believe in previous years Group A ticket holders were encouraged to be at the north gate and they start forming that line separate from the other groups at some point before the gates open.

 

Yeah in previous years they have instructed Group As to enter through the North Gate. However they typically haven't denied entry to other groups there. I think last year they told you to wait if you weren't Group A, but if you just went anyway you could get in. It was a little disorganized.

In 2014 I lined up at the South Gate but found out they weren't going to let people in until 10:30 or 11:00 am at that Gate, I had Group A so had to book it up to the North Gate to get in right away.

 

The only year I went (2013) I think I paid $35 for the ticket and then $15 for each bottle. Didn't they raise the price in later years to $20 a bottle? I know someone who wants to buy my regulars and $20 for 4 bottles makes the $200 price tag seem right.

 

last year entry was $40 and regular bottles were $20.

 

Lakes? for me, it was rivers/trees/storefronts.

I got rivers, trees and mountains, I think. Maybe the grass one too. It's all an angry blur.

 

One says each group can enter during or after their designated group and the other says those who missed their entrance times will not get bottles.

 

Same thing here. My phone timer was off by a few seconds but was the one I successfully got the tickets with.

 

My laptop timer was over 15 minutes off at some points since I had the webpage up for a while. My phone was seconds off, and my desktop was correct.

My captcha was pancakes. As much as I disliked it it's still probably preferable to the hard to read letters of indeterminate capitalization.

 

Got my tickets for Group C and I'm pretty happy as I couldn't do it myself. My insulated backpack cooler that I've used before broke and it really wasn't that great. Anyone have recs for an insulated backpack cooler you've had good luck with? Amazon seems to have a bunch of cheap stuff that looks like it will leak.
