Having trouble adding a place due to "may already exist" error

    I'm trying to add the new Iron Horse taproom (now in a separate location from their production facility), but I get an error saying the establishment may already exist. I've tried several permutations of the name but get the error every time:

    Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

    My guess is that it is the combination of name and the phone number being the same that is causing the issue - try omitting the phone number and adding something in the notes about it.

    That solution worked great, thanks. I put in a dummy phone number and noted the correct number in the notes.
