Alright gentlemen, I've given out a bunch of hints so here is the last one. I am surprised that no one is guessing here. This here porch bomb is headed east. Here are the clues...

Hint 1: Shipping East
Hint 2: Shipping to a state with a Higher Population than mine (CO)
Hint 3: The High point of my target's state is LOWER than the elevation of my cellar (6,655')
Hint 4: Not shipping to Florida (this hint is now redundant)
Hint 5: Shipping North of my location
Hint 6: Not shipping to Beatjunkee
Hint 7: I have never shipped to my target's state, but I've shipped THROUGH my target's state.
Hint 8: Shipping to Eastern Time Zone
Hint 9:

 

I'm gonna go out on a limb and day all of your hints are false and your shipping to me.

Well. I'm not an expert on logistics but it would seem the package is heading in the wrong direction. And FedEx is known to be pretty efficient...
