Just tweeted that BA Variants will be first come first serve...

 

So I guess now I should make sure I show up for my A group time slot to ensure my Malort variant

 

Unless they have a certain allocation of each variant for each group

 

Would so speed things up if they just have all the bottle bags stuffed and randomly packed and just ready to pickup

Did they ever clarify if you could get your allotment during your time or later, like in years past? Or do you only have the 2 hour window to get it this year?

There's labor involved with stuffing the bags. Just randomize the boxes of variants and hand people whatever's next.

 

lets hope its 65 and sunny because last year a few days before it was 60 and sunny and then day of the event it was about 40 and a light rain all day..

 

Don't forget it was 60 and sunny for day after the event also.

I doubt the weather will be nice. The Dark Lord likes to make an appearance on the appropriate occasion.

 

They've claimed they were going to do that some other years but I've never heard of any indication of it actually happening. When BVDL is gone, it's gone.

 

I thought last year people in later groups were able to snag some BVDL

 

It would be nice to have some of each of the variants available for each group seeing as how a variant is part of the ticket price this year.

 

I was in the middle of C last year and I got a VBDL. This year I was stuck in the Que until 12:40. I was lucky to get group E. I don't care what I get this year. I am just happy to be going

 

I can see a lot people trying to get in line earlier than their designated group to score a better variant.

 

Likewise. After years of getting skunked and finally getting to go last year I'm pretty excited that I've made it two years in a row now.

Last year I had Group A tickets and was able to snag a vanilla which I then sold for $200 two minutes later. Looking back I wish I hadn't have done that. Now I'm hoping there's still some vanilla left when I get my bottles in group B this year.

I hope they have people checking tickets at the sales line gate to prevent this.
