    I predict this big robust 750 ml Belgian Blonde weighing at a ridiculous 12% ABV is going to take me down hard.

    My first of this interesting take on an APA. Some nice malt character in the base with a lemony crisp Hoppiness to it. This seems like their house yeast has given this almost a Belgian like quality to it. And the freakin head was like a topping of frothy meringue that stood forever.
