Depends on location and what distro you don't see at home, but consensus may include House of 1000 Beers, Giant Eagle in Shadyside, Atlas or possibly Caliente (for grey market). There will be others, again depending on location and wants. Local stuff, you'll have to go to the source(s).

Been drinking All Day errrday, for like months. Should pump that total to three, maybe four cases. Welcome.

 

I know people say that, but for my palate, it is still my favorite BA imperial stout. Every time I drink it, I think others will have taken its place. It is still number one for me.

 

This is better news then seeing Spider-Man in the civil war trailer

 

I like it but I think there are a lot better BA stouts out there. It can't hold a candle to BCBS let alone other heavy hitters.

 

There's just zero barrel in that beer for me. It tastes exactly like FBS.

I have probably said this exact same thing twice already over the course of this thread, but the fact that KBS isn't dominated by the barrel is what I love about it. I get some barrel, a lot of coffee (not too much), some chocolate...it's a very well done beer. And, also, it has a nice body and mouthfeel, despite not being overly sweet. I just love how balanced it is for a BA Stout.

Most of the insta-whale stouts are overly sweet and dominated by the barrel....probably why they taste so good when 11 people each get a 2 oz pour.

 

I like kbs and I like it as much as I have to pay for it. I forget what I paid at Shadyside last year but was no more then 5 bucks for that price it is a great beer. It's when u start to pay 10$ a bottle that it just is not worth it
