Cantillon or Hill Farmstead in NYC?

Hill Farmstead will not be a problem. Check Proletariat, Good Beer, Fool's Gold, The Jeffrey. Maybe One Mile House. Cantillon, I have never seen on tap or in bottles in the city, I think it only appears on tap for special events. Bottles, ha. Good luck.

 

You wont find Cantillon. Brouwerij Lane had some HF and OH on tap yesterday. Whole foods Columbus Circle always has solid stuff on in their Tap room. Valhalla and Pony Bar West worth a shot. If I were you and looking to do a beer bar hop near the park, I would do City Swiggers, Bondurants, Pony East, Jeffery, Draught 55 on east side.. then cab to 45th and 10th and do Pony West, Place on 50th and 10th (dont know the name.. new place), Valhalla 54th and 9th, Whole Foods, Dive 75, George Keeleys.. That will keep you busy (and drunk).

 

If I were you I would do Jeffery to alewife to Torst to brouwerij lane and call it a day.

 

I'd do Proletariat, Good Beer, Fool's Gold and One Mile House. Bonus stops at Randolph Beer, Alphabet City Beer and Top Hops if he felt like it.

Another option is: Pony Bar, Rattle n Hum or Ginger Man, Haymaker, Coopers, Milk and Hops.

Or you could do the BK bar crawl and hit St. Gambrinus, Mission Dolores, Owl Farm and end at Other Half (or do in reverse and possibly also hit Bar Great Harry).

 

You mentioned beermenus. If you have another look, you'll see that there are at least half a dozen different Hill Farmstead beers on in NYC at the moment.

Agree with everyone above. Cantillon wont happen. The last time i saw Cantillon was Taproom 307 had some 12os bottles, 8 months ago, and Torst had in tap 18 months ago. HF will be easier to find
