I have two (2 - for emphasis) ounces of each of the following hops on hand and would like some suggestions on combos that will work well:
Warrior, El Dorado, Columbus, Citra, Mosaic, Azacca and Liberty (unlikely)

The grist I had planned on using, and have on hand, was 92% 2 row, 5% crystal 40, 3% carapils. If that sounds familiar, it's because it's the averagely perfect IPA grist. I would target a similar OG, 1.062, because I like a beer in that 6.5% range. But I'm also contemplating making a couple pale ale recipes around 5.5% using these hops (and probably purchasing a few more oz along with grain) so that each beer is more focused with only 3-4 hops in each vs most/all my inventory in one beer and can't discern the different hops.

So my question is fairly wide open with the only requirement you use my stock for at least one beer. Will be using US-05. Looking forward to the responses. Thanks!

I would lower the crystal to like 3%.

    60 min warrior
    1 to 2 oz at 10 min
    4 flameout/hop stand
3 ozs dry hop at around 3 to 5 days
2 ozs dey hop in keg or after 5/7 days after first dry hop and let stand for 3 days before cold crashing.

Citra, mosaic, el dorado, and azacca all make great late hop additions/dry hops so I would use any othe those interchangeable. Columbus is good too but I personally prefer the others. You could use 1oz of Columbus at 10 min and then the other oz at flameout.

    Not familiar with liberty.

I would dump the crystal for munich or vienna.
and the answer is bitter with columbus, flavor with citra and or mosaic, and dry hop with both/all...

I'd bitter with the Warrior, and do late hopping with the El Dorado, Citra, Mosaic, and Azacca. Maybe split a half oz each at 10, 5, flameout and dryhop.

I almost always bitter with Warrior. Mosaic and Azacca seem like a nice pair for late additions. Mosaic makes a beautiful dryhop. El dorado would be nice to showcase in a pale since it can give a bit of a candied lemon-lime impression. Citra would make a nice single-hop pale bittered with Columbus.
It's always good to keep it simple as well.

A much as I always say "lower the crystal," you got my attention with the AIPA grist. I brewed that as close to specs as I could get, crystal and carapils included, and it was a delicious beer, and nothing about the crystal malts seemed out of place. I don't know Azacca, so can't say much there, but I think Liberty and El Dorado could get lost among the others. Warrior is most common as a bittering hop because of it's high alpha and neutral aromas. Columbus, Citra, and Mosaic are also pretty high alpha but can give big aromas. I think using the three of them in late additions would be nice. I would maybe emphasize the fruitier hops (Citra, Mosaic) in a 2:1 ratio over Columbus (that is two ounces to one ounce, for emphasis). I always like to have something in an early addition, so I would use a small amount of Warrior or Columbus in a 60 min spot. I would shoot for a total estimated IBU of 60-70, to stay in the 1 GU:BU range (for emphasis, that is one gravi... oh, nevermind).

Bitter with Warrior and then Columbus and Citra as late additions, Mosaic would probably work here as well.

60 min warrior, 15 5 FO of Columbus citra and El Dorado 1 oz each except .5 oz of the el dorado.
    Have fun!!!
