Cycle BA day

Cognac Hazelnut was pretty damn delish!

 

Good on Cycle. Giving the fans exactly what they want. Cheers everybody!!

 

Great event! Most everything was great. I was not a fan of garbage stout though. It was super boozy. I couldn't even finish the vanilla garbage pour that I had.

 

The maple bacon was the best.

 

So pallet 5 tomorrow correct?

 

Tomorrow morning, 3/12, we are releasing the bottles of Pallet 5. Labels came in today and just enough hearty souls had just enough energy to label the bottles and move them downtown after BA Day. Sales will be at 8, limit based on the line, it's expected to be 3 or more per person price is $25 per bottle. This is the Cognac BA DOS we poured earlier today and there is no draft left after our event today.
We are looking at this as almost entirely a bottle release that will allow anybody who wants to get bottles before Hunahpu day (can't line up there til 10 right?) and get on with their day the opportunity to do just that. We may even let the line recycle so folks don't have to wait around. See you in the morning!
This is the last you will hear from Cycle this week, we appreciate everybody who has come out for our releases and who made BA Day another great day!

 

And palate 5 is done. Thanks to Doug and the rest of the crew at Cycle for another great week of releases. I think the 8 o'clock start time was a great idea.

Once they decided to double pour the lines moved.. New beers got put on when some kicked, and at the end you could just walk up and get anything.

 

Wed was great.. Friday was really really good too..

Cognac Coconut was the real hit, but then they put on cognac hazelnut and that was incredible.

Wine whiskey was great too.

Whalez was perfect to cut the stouts though!

 

Bottles of Whalez were visible amongst the brewers at Huna day. Release should be soon.

 

I have no doubt in my mind that this event destroyed Huna Day. Cycle kills it. Jealous I wasn't there.

 

Different events, apples vs oranges. Both were terrific in their own ways.

 

Indeed both different. Cycle was a fantastic time. Great people. Just ran so well and laid back.

So many ba stouts and no running around needed. Drink till you fall over, or want to share bottles.

 

So the homeless mule master got kicked out of ba day for the third year in a row.

 

Maple bacon was the best beer of the day and if you disagree you're wrong.

 

I'd love to know who this is referring to. Didn't see anyone get kicked out there - was he black-out drunk or was it some other reason?

 

That one and Wednesday were tied for 1st for me.
