Well @woemad I stopped at my shop tonight because the beer I was waiting for came in. I also got carried away with some great locals. All in all, there will be 220oz headed in your direction! I know to wait until after March 21 to ship.

I've got mine narrowed down to three or so that I'm seriously watching because I haven't been doing this proper sudoku style where I try to triangulate by ruling myself out but also ruling others out to see if there's someone for whose hints I am the only possible target (I've just been tracking whether I could be a possible target, if that makes sense).

No matter which of my potential suitors is the accurate one (or if I fucked up somewhere and it is a 4th party) I'm pretty damn excited...

Got the update. My targets package will be landing Thursday. So a big hint then, the reason I had to change a couple clues at the beginning wasn't due to illiteracy as I claimed. There is a slight discrepancy between my target's public location and actual shipping location. Slight, but enough to make two of my previous clues inaccurate.

 

And a spoiler, my target will be receiving 46 oz of barrel aged beer with bourbon, Tennessee whiskey, and rum represented.

Actually, when I first saw that, I assumed there must be a beer included called Cosmonaut or something like that - New Jersey beer is a bit of a blank slate to me.
EDIT: I now see it's a PA beer.
