Wow, that was obvious. Not sure how I missed it. Thanks!

Saw that the last post in here was a while ago but didn't want to start a whole new thread. Can anyone tell me roughly how fast the cash only can line is for a Swish release on a Saturday? Planning on going up the end of April for Epiphany/Swish and was going to hop in the Epiphany line first then jump in the Bissell line shortly after 12. Thanks for the help, cheers!

The last couple times I have gone, including this past Saturday, that plan would work out just fine for you (and the cash line moves very quickly). The line at Foundation was the absolute worst this past time, as they did not have a can only line, but two registered serving pours, glasses and selling cans. I am thinking this was due to their anniversary and the fact they wanted the tasting room open for people to drink in, so it may move much quicker when you are there.

Wednesday's are slow and with lower limits, I think you have a good chance at scoring.

Also didn't want to make another thread, but my roommate and I are heading up to Maine today and were wondering if there are stores in the Portland/Freeport Area that carry Bissel beers

Bier Cellar will have Lux, according to their e-mail blast this morning. 2 four packs per person. Doesn't sound like they will have a ton. I actually like Lux better than Substance, but I'm probably in the minority on that opinion.

What are Bissel's hours on weekdays for can releases?

They open at noon - they usually have a food truck in the lot so that seems to attract locals on their lunch breaks. It's not uncommon to see guys in suits carrying out cans or having a beer. Bissell releases cans of Substance every day so it will be available if you get there early. In my experience Substance runs out before anything else (except Swish) - sometimes it is gone by 1PM. I really believe if the weather is nice then the beer goes much faster. Limit 3 4-packs per brand.

My buddy who lives in Portland just snagged me 3 4-packs of Swish. He was in and out in like 5 minutes.

I showed up at 11:50 and was about 30 back in the cash only line. They started selling right at noon and I had my beer in hand by 12:05. Meanwhile the credit card line was still 50+ deep and only a handful of people had made it through.

I got there just after 2:00 today. No line at all, but Substance was long gone. About 35 cases of Swish left, per BB's social media outlets.

Thanks all! Was able to get my allotment of Swish. Was surprised to see a cash line on Wednesday, I thought they only did this on the weekends. That oversight probably cost me 30 mins as the CC line moved slowly. Looking forward to cracking one of these fresh cans tonight!
