FedEx: New "Box Policy"?

    I dropped one off Monday morning and was told "This box has been shipped before, we can't ship it like this." She said she would repackage it and send it on it's way. She scanned it in though and took it before I even knew what was going on. She said I can see you're in a hurry, I won't charge you for another box this time. I think they just put my very nice box, in another box because it was sent no issues.

    Home Depot. Small heavy duty boxes is the way to go.

    I just sent out 2 boxes that were clearly shipped multiple times and no questions asked she took them.

    I used a Lowes Heavy Duty Large box to send 62 lbs of 31 different beers about 1800 miles across the country and it held up beautifully.
