You can send tracking to BIF head honcho who can send expected arrival info to target without spoiling surprise if you haven't been guessed yet as sender.

And that narrows it down to three potential senders.

Looking back, I think I've eliminated one of the three I had left. All of the clues basically fit, but they fit someone else MUCH better.

 

The lowest sent were on their wants list though...so maybe I'm still in the running!
