So my dad and I got there around 330 and we walked up, grabbed a draft and got my cans to go. No hassle or anything. The later you get there, the quicker it gets. I'll be there around the same time this week. Excited to see what this beer is like!

People were rather openly sharing outside bottles at the EWS citra release, kinda surprised me

^ This is what I was going to say. They had a draft/cans line and a cans only line that were both roughly 15 minute waits for me around 3:00.

This is what I was told by some of the other regulars for the ones I missed. "Officially" they do not allow them, but the crowds are now back to fitting/remaining on their property too:wink:

I mentioned how Tree House's system works to some of the Hoof guys before and how maybe they could incorporate some of it, but was shot down. Hoof has always been making great beer, but they definitely have had a huge learning curve with everything else.

Driving through Columbus Friday on our way to Pittsburgh. Never had any HH. Is there *ANY* bottle shop to score anything from HH? I'm not picky!
Corner Stone Carryout or Barrel + Bottle maybe?
Just looking to score some OH brews we don't get in WI. Thanks!

Some Cbus folks could let you know if there is any Tub Life or recent releases that actually made it to distro. You can always hit up the brew pub, and you can get a draft without a ticket in Marengo Sunday. As far as stores go, my favorites are Weilands and The Andersons (Bent Tree-great singles section)

Tub life made it to distro but those are long gone. There aren't any HH cans in columbus that I can tell. @JTEXTREME you'll have to set up an IP trade or hit up HH's brewpub for drafts.

Pretty funny you got shot down trying to tell a brewery how another brewery does things so much better. Personally I would deny your business and send you on your way. Seriously wonder what some of you all do for a living.

It does not at all sound like he told them how another brewery does things "so much better". It sounds like he told them how another brewery operates with their releases and was offering a suggestion as Hoof realized they wanted to tweak their system. I do not see anything wrong with that. The last comment in your post was about as unnecessary as it gets too.

Really.. Unnecessary? I think not. They are making beer for a living..just the same as any lawyer, plumber, broker or whatever profession you choose. In other words stick to your skill unless you have your own brewery to boast about.

At one point I believe the guys at Hoof did ask for suggestions if I recall, about how they could do releases better in the future. They seemed open to suggestions. So...

There are definitely places in this particular thread where you can call someone an entitled idiot. This is not it.

Wow. You're a really unpleasant person. I happen to know the guy you're calling an idiot and he's one of the nicest people you could ever meet. He's also a good friend of mine. Let it go.

Follow your own advice. Your skill is clearly not posting on this thread, or anywhere on this site judging from your other comments and interactions. Stop being such a jerk and lighten up - beer is inherently fun and it must be hard work being so jaded and angry.

Apologies if this has already been asked/answered, but any idea when Konkey Dong will be canned again? Hasn't been since December.

According to the interview in Beer Advocate, I believe Trevor mentioned they don't brew stuff just because its popular... They brew what they want to brew, so it's entirely possible Konkey could be months from now lol

To answer your question, nobody knows right now... Only upcoming beers I have heard Everybody Want's Some (Galaxy) and I think some BA Stout collab they did.
