If I remember right you're in the north metro so this doesn't help, but the Eagan Lunds & Byerlys had several in the cooler last night.

I saw a few bottles in the cooler at Cub liquor in W. St. Paul off Robert Street last weekend.

Long shot, but is there any more tweak around the cities.

I feel that if there is a beer that I want and the price is "in the ballpark" of what it should be, I'm buying it. If you're bitching about 1 or 2 dollars, you probably shouldn't be buying expensive beer. It's also about convenience to me too, it's worth an extra dollar or two so I don't have to drive around and waste gas and time. That's more time to drink more beer

Total Wine Woodbury has at least 6 bottles for $13.99.

They also have Ivan The Terrible for $6.99/4-pack because it is expired or whatever.

If you are in the north metro I'm pretty sure I saw some last weekend at Central Park Liquor in Spring Lake Park. It was up by the registers in a small cooler.

Stopped into Parkway Liquor Barrel on Wheelock, St Paul, probably a dozen refrigerated cases of Hopslam, some Brett Mikkels, Pentagram, Nein, and Smoke. I was blown away a store had so much Hopslam left.

I may be late to this party but I just saw bottles of 56 Brewing on the shelves of Top 10 in St. Louis Park, I haven't seen those before. Barrel-aged rye was $19.99 for a 750ML, continuing the trend of new places launching with overpriced bottles.

I did pick up a bottle of the Lake Sandy Rye because, well, rye.

They tried to kickstart their brewery last year. Haven't heard a lot about them on here, but so far anything I've had from them has been average at best, especially for $20 bottles.

I thought they were growler only (no taproom) and were looking into bicycle delivery of growers. Haven't heard a peep about the quality of the beer.

When I get to this bottle in the next week or so, I'll peep about it. Looks like there are only reviews on this site from one person to date. Top 10 had 4-5 different bottles in the cooler from 56 Brewing.

Most of their beers are mediocre. They have a flagship coconut stout that was pretty good. I went to the brewery thinking they had a taproom. It was only a tasting room, so I felt obliged to buy a growler. They ran out of CO2 while I was there, which was really awkward. It's in the old Northgate facility behind a building in an industrial park in a neighborhood I imagine is called Howisthisstillminneapolis.

I'd be interested to hear what you think. I've had Dark Territory, which reminded me of Death by Coconut. Similar intensity of flavors and mouthfeel. I also had their Kölsch at a festival, abr maybe? Decent
