I assume draft release of this coincides with the can release? if so do we think it will last on tap until red angel day?

 

I doubt it. The draft has already come and gone. Knowing them they probably just canned some and are moving on

 

I stand corrected. It will be on draft tomorrow. Who knows if itll last.

 

I was at the ft release. I feel like they released later in the day (noon) I got there a little over an hour early and probably ended up over halfway back in the line that accumulated before noon. After picking up cans and having some French toast down stairs we left and the line was finished and they still had a few cases left.

Every release is different. But this was my experience last time.

 

Thanks for the info. So you are saying that If I get there say at noon there should still be some left (going back to your experience)

You should explain that a bit better. WW put up a sign saying SOLD OUT based on an estimate of remaining people in line so they wouldn't end up with patrons waiting extended period of time for beer that wasn't available. But the patrons in line didn't buy full allotments so there ended up being like (5) cases left over after the line was done. If everyone had bought full allotments as was estimated, it would have sold out in something like 45 minutes. But since they told people it was sold out, everyone just went downstairs and started drinking draft. So some people were able to show up late and still get cans. But it was fluky.

 

Draft was on the menu yesterday when I was there but "not to be served until Saturday" so it will be on draft as well.

 

Not me... I'm the King of Beers. How do I trade mark this?

 

Well i will hope its on draft next weekend. If not ill be there for the red angel release with some paradiso cans if anyone wants to swap a couple.

 

The sales for French Toast started at 11:30 not 10:30 so this may be sold out earlier.

Waiting in line. About 35 people here. Got to love folks standing in line scheming how to make it here and to burial for that release. "Yeah I've got a buddy holding our spot in line down here". Guess I hadn't realized cutting lines was cool.

 

Plenty of pretrades as well. Is anyone there to buy it just because its good beer?

 

Wait all these great beers are for drinking?!? Whoa. Just had an epiphany.

 

The easy way to fix line cutting is to just call those assholes out.
