I sent them a message about a week ago, but didn't hear anything back. Didn't know if anyone else had contact with them?

I have not sent a message, but may be able to swing down there this weekend and get the scoop for you.

Funny you guys mention this, about 2 months ago I bought a six pack of regular Total Eclipse for the first time to try it, and all of the bottles had a sour tang to them. I still have one left since I really have no desire to drink it. I ended up buying a single recently just to see if there was a problem with my original six pack, and it was delicious. Tough to take the chance on an infected $15 six pack though, so it will probably be my last time buying it.

I just got a BA Total Eclipse from my brother...I sure hope it's not a bad bottle.

Please do, It is not horrible yet but is definitely going down hill fast. I am definitely kicking myself for buying more bottles when I was back in Toledo last

Opened a bottle of this yesterday and it was noticeably sour. Not tangy lactose. Not a coffee varietal with notes of red wine. It was sour.

Unfortunately the last three I've had were sour and I still have eight left. Hopefully when they try again things end up better.

I emailed them back in Jan. and didn't hear anything in return. Really glad I just had the 1. But would have been nice to get some sort of response.

Glad Im not the only one. The reviews for that beer on this site are so favorable that I really couldn't believe how bad this was.

On tap at the brewery it was phenomenal. Same goes for other places around town that also had it on tap. Completely different animal from what the majority is seeing with the bottles.

Sounds like the same situation as this year's kegs of BCBCS vs Bottles of that beer.

Although, MB claims nothing is wrong with their bottles and have gone silent on the issue since January.

Exactly. Sadly puts them on the "do not buy" list for anything in the future. There's always the chance of bad beer, but if a lot of people are saying it has gone sour, something is up. Stand behind your product.
