Northerners! I'm looking and putting the feelers out to see if anyone would be willing to send me some Coors Peak down in Texas. We have a handful of gluten free beers down here and I've had/tried them all! I see online when I search that there is just so much more out there. I heard about this not too long ago and would love to try it, good or bad.

I would of course cover all costs to get it here and I would really appreciate it!!

Are you certain this is available out here in the nw? Not that I spend a lot of time in the gluten free part of the beer aisle, but I've never seen or heard of it before.

There's lotsa GF options on the shelves these days, but I don't remember having seen it around here either.

I've been seeing billboards for it around town, but haven't seen it on shelves.

I thought it was a last summers only thing, haven't seen it/any ads for it since Sept/Oct. Though if you're looking for a beer trade/obtaining GF beer, try Ground Breaker.

Portland and Seattle were test markets for Copper Peak last year. I don't know if it's available on the shelves at the moment, or even if the product is still being produced.

Follow-up: Looks like Coors has added a 2nd product ("Golden Lager") to the Coors Peak line, and they are still available only in "most major grocery chains as well as select bars and restaurants in the Seattle and Portland metro areas" (taken from the FAQ on the Coors Peak site).

I think the NW was a test market last year. It showed up at Costco, so shouldn't be too hard to find when it hits shelves again. If you find a sender, follow @Strangestbrewer advice and ask them to throw in some Ground Breaker too; IPA #5 is in cans and I would challenge anyone to a blind taste test with a non-GF IPA of their choosing.

Oh man I wasn't aware it was only a test thing let alone a year ago! I appreciate everyone's input though. I'll keep my eyes peeled for NEW, not available in the south GF beers!

It's no longer a test market item. Although only available in the Portland and Seattle area, it has gone full steam. Coors has even added a second sku to their line, the "Golden Lager". Good luck!

Yes, Coors Peak Copper Lager is readily available here in Seattle. Specifically, it is available at most of the Fred Meyers around town. Not gonna lie, this stuff keeps tempting me to try.

Again, I've seen it recently at the Fred Meyers on 85th in Greenwood.

Hey you guys! I'm seeing it at the co-op in Astoria as well.
