Box 1 is all packed up. Hope to get box 2 ready tomorrow so I can drop them off before puck up tomorrow evening.

Box 1 and 2 are getting put together tonight. This move has kicked my ass. I think they both should make it to my Target Saturday/Monday. Sorry for being late on this one. It'll be worth it though.

My target has commented on this page.

    No more hints from me.

    fantastic OH box, @MastaaaGrillaaa
enjoy those fine brews, @Karaoketpa !
this gets me excited, too, as i have an OH trip coming up in mid-may (cleveland). [it's not a beer-trip, but i'll be trying to make the most of it while up there]

@Karaoketpa glad you enjoyed! Tried to hit your wants and work a matrix of vintages and variants and spread the good news of Dayton Beer Co with the Java Man and Broken Empire + variants. Real happy to see you were working on verticals and glad this helped. Apologies on the growler. Have to think of a better way to pack that next time.

    Cheers!

@MastaaaGrillaaa did the cap come off, or did the glass break? I have heard of people using electrical tape or duct tape on the cap, but I've never sent a growler myself. What a bummer!

The cap was still on and pretty tight. It looked to have clear packing tape wrapped around it but it was coming off. I've used electrical tape in the past and it works really well. I've stopped sending screw top growlers due to the screw caps not being reliable. I do mostly Crowlers now. If I do send a swing top, I use electrical tape generously. Thankfully @MastaaaGrillaaa used a heavy duty ZipLoc bag that contained the leakage and it didn't soak the box. :-) Cheers!

If the box would have been soaked it could have ruined the whole thing- you're at the mercy of the FedEx/UPS employee who intercepts your package.

2 boxes totaling 60lbs due to arrive on Thursday. Hope my Target is prepared.

Hint #??: Target's state has a well known building with 68,000 miles of internal telephone lines.

After having growlers leak all over my car because they tipped over, I've made the decision to not go that route. It was such a mess, that I decided that I would rather just up the ante with a better bottle.

    An LIF inside a BIF.
    The Rules are simple:
    1. You must be participating in this round of the Stout BIF
    2. You must be able to provide me a Fedex shipping label if you win

How to win the box of beer:
I am going to Civil Society this Friday - March 25th to get some crowlers to bring home. I am also attending the Mets Spring Training game in Port St Lucie at 1pm that day. Guess the total score (Mets + Cardinals) + total number of crowlers I buy. Closest to the actual total wins the box. Ties will be broken a coin flip - I'll figure that out if we get to it.
Deadline to enter will be Noon (12pm est) on March 25th - posts after this are not valid.

    ie: Mets: 5 vs Cardinals: 3 + 2 crowlers = 10

    What's in the box?
    These random beers.
All cellared properly at 50-55 degrees.
Note: These are duplicates taking up cellar space or are duplicates of beers I just recently had in the past year. I'll likely never open these and I want them to go to a good home!

    Good luck.
