taxes are different too. Oregon tax is 8 cents a gallon, CA is 20 cents a gallon for production. Then as you mention property costs are vastly different same as employee care costs as well. It all adds up. Degarde gets thrown around a lot, but other than cascade, most producers are pretty well priced in Oregon as well.

Probably when they actually go to charge your card when the bottles are ready, they will cancel anything that puts you over the allocation.

 

Called my bank(chase) last night around 8pm. They got the money back in my account within 8 hours. Not bad chase, not bad.

I stock up on ramen for those bottle release months. Had to dig into my stash these past couple of months though so my supply is running low. Highly recommend, just don't use the "flavor packet" each time in order to keep that cholesterol down...hehehe

@ClippersSD you havent been on here long enough to remember the carb issue with LA beers. that was way bigger of an issue than price or anything else.
