does it get very busy right when it opens?

 

There will be a line before the doors open, then people will file into the bar and over to the bottle table which makes it all a lot easier and less congested. I would say its busy but you aren't waiting more than 5-10 minuets for a pour or to pick up your bottle allotment.

I try and get there early just because I sit at the bar and drink and somethings tend to run out.

 

If I'm reading the info correctly, I can go straight to the bar for a couple of pours, and just get my bottles at some point before 3...is that correct?

 

Correct. There's no rush to get your to-go bottles. They're reserved for you. Just drink a few beers and go get them when there are fewer people waiting in line.

They've never done that before. They'll all be different beers, or at least different blends from last month's release.

 

As zany as the ones from last month were, he could release 'em again as far as I'm concerned

 

As a first time attender, I would be up for either of the blackberries to be released again. Even if just on tap..

 

They never have anything on tap at the brewery (not yet at least), but do typically sell random vintage bottles for on-site consumption only...

 

Thanks! So when he lists beers available for on-site consumption the day of the release, they're just pouring those out of bottles?

 

Yes, at the moment all pours are from a bottle. That's probably going to change soon though. By the end of the year I bet some of the beer will be kegged. No intel on that, it's just my gut feeling.
