I don't care about styles, but session IPA's do nothing for me. No malt sweetness, just hop bitterness.

I tend to agree, but my reply above was just a touch sarcastic...

Based on the reviews so far this sounds like a big disappointment and I won't be purchasing any. Plenty of other tastier options to fill this void including fresh day tripper for lawn mowing festivities

Oh, I'm gonna buy some and review it... otherwise, my tirade would be entirely made up!

Probably a better idea! Still can't commit, even for science, to what sounds like a watered down beer with minimum head and lacing.

I imagine I'll be buying it for taking out on the sailboat, but I can't imagine sitting down with it while watching a game or hanging with friends. I rarely drink more than a couple beers, so the need for a "session beer" just isn't there for me.

There are like six dudes talking about this on here, so it has got to be a thing.

$7.99 at HyVee for the Rochester folks. I haven't tried it yet so I can't speak to all the complaining going on, but it's cheap so if it isn't super fantastic I just won't buy it again ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Three sips in, best session beer I've had. BUT, I can't stand session beers, hop water in a can. This is basically a weaker version of sue, had surly made this a full on IPA (or pale like sue is classified) they would have ran over Pseudo Sue.

But man, $6.99 a 4 pack, hard to beat that. I might be able so see myself drinking this on the boat.

Anyone, time to fill the void with an enjoy by.

    Now that's a brilliant idea. Xtra-Xtra-Citra.

I had another pint last night and I wasn't into it very much. It was just like most other session IPAs. Pass.

Just finished my first four pack.

Bitter aroma, watered down taste. I liked it-in fact I could easily see myself crushing a four pack-but then not buying another again because it didn't stick with me, didn't have that "IT" factor, and so on.

I did like the bitterness and low ABV-so I will likely purchase more, especially at the price point. I believe Heritage had it for $5.49 a four pack-I purchased for $7.99 at Rapids liquor in **** Rapids.

Decent beer. Nothing that makes me run back to it but I'll enjoy my four pack.

I thought it was an excellent example of a pale. As for the Citra...I'm still looking for that.

It's okay to me as well. I was maybe expecting more. I'd put it above the worst FL Sue, and below the best FL Sue. I do have a can of decent FL Sue left that maybe I should compare side by side.

I'll drink the 4 pack for sure, and maybe one more.
