Indeed Mexican Honey. (Not readily available on the East Coast, but should be available via trade.

I had beerito today. It was good. Still though, XX Amber is a really awesome beer and definitely my favorite macro beer period.

Modelo, Bohemia, Corona, XX, Tecate and Victoria are mexican BMCs.

Day of the Dead is not mexican craft beer, that is brewed in the US.

It may be marketed only in the US, but it is brewed in Mexico, by Cerveceria Mexicana, S. de R.L. de C.V. according to the website and US TTB COLA - "Origin Code: MEXICO" - which also notes that it is imported by:
    WORLDWIDE BEVERAGE IMPORTS, LLC
    4101 WHITESIDE ST

That is true.....Worldwide also imports Ensenada Brewing Company products. As far as i know, Dead of the Dead is brewed in Mexico.

Seems it changed brewing location. As far as I know it os owned by Coors and mostly sold in the US. I can find some bottles over here. They are average decent brews.

Almost no one knows about them here.

IIRC Coors (partial?) ownership ended quite a while ago.

Favorite craft example? Dragoon Santiago......named in honor of Santiago Graf, who many credit as the first brewer to bring the Vienna-stye lager to North America

Bohemia is easily my favorite imported mexican lager though.
