I try to avoid all memberships. Once you sign up for one they got you for life. Too many eyes out there looking at you these days. Fuk'ng SamsClub.......

 

I picked up a couple bottles of KBS at Whole Foods in Tustin last week, but the bottles were 2015. The guy told me that multiple Whole Foods were allocated multiple cases of 2015 KBS, then would get 2016 within a month or so.

 

just saw Monkish post about their IPA collab with Other Half and putting them in cans. anyone have details on where to find it? brewery only?

It does. Only way to get pappy from TW now adays is to be in top tier and then its a raffle drawing for those people. Starting this year they expanding this to all high end releases of spirits and now seemingly beer.

 

Hi times has about 6 cases behind the beer desk. Didn't see a limit. Got a 4 pack for $23ish. Also luponic distortion canned on the 24th.

 

KBS sold out in less than 2 hours. Called at Wednesday at 1 they said they had not fully unloaded the pallet yet and wouldn't know until they did. Walked in a bit before 3 and got the last four pack.

 

Vendome just posted they got some on IG, no limit. Their previous post says $9.99 wonder if that's a joke, mistake, or actual.

Yeah I saw that and was like damn no way, everywhere is like $20+. Paid 22.99 @ Hacienda earlier.

this isnt the first screw up for Vdome, probably wont be the last.

thats cool. but it still aint worth me to drive to pasadena from HB on a Friday afternoon to try and save 10-15 bucks and end up paying $15-20 on gas and spend 2-3 hours in traffic. Glad for all you locals.

still i get what you mean. i hate driving across OC/LA...especially on a friday.

 

Don't bother going to vendome Fullerton. Just went in and 2-3 people came and bought them out at once. Damn leakers.

 

anyone seen MT City of the Dead lately? Preferably East or Northeast LA-ish. Love that beer, thought it was supposed to be year round now, but haven't been able to track it down in a bit.
