Are these still improving, or are you just seeing how long they can go? Have you found a peak in your opinion?

2014 Fremont Bourbon Abominable and it's started me down a path to ruin. I've built up a cellar of about 50 bottles in the last year. I still go back to the 2014 B-Bomb as my favorite beer ever.

I had an 06 bottle about a year ago, and it was still fantastic. I have a couple of even older bottles (02 and 04) that I was gifted by a North Coast rep that I plan on opening soon. I did a near full vertical about 3 years ago, and only the 01 was over the hill (they didn't have 2000), so it will be interesting to see how they have held up.

The first beer I bought specifically to age was a Spreucher (spelling?) Imperial Stout, this was maybe 10 years ago now.
I had picked up one and drank it pretty quickly, but in reading the hang tag, it mentioned that it gets better after a year or 2. I grabbed a couple more to lay down, and they were riught. Popped one a year later, it was better, and another year part, even better still. Haven't seen it since I had originally bought it, though...

Anchor OSA was the first beer I ever aged. Still put a couple bottles in the cellar each year. After years of cellaring, it's one of the few beers I've found that is worth cellaring.

King Henry for me. I didn't have any other beer cellared(in my crawl space) so I just forgot about them for a couple years. When they emerged I drank one and traded away 3. The one I had was absolutely stellar! I now have a proper temp controlled cellar, but no KH : ( ...

My first beer I aged was 2006 North Coast Old Stock Ale [13.25 abv]. I still have a few left and has the beer ever rewarded me for letting it age. Just delicious!!!

05 Bourbon County stout. Set two aside from the original 4 pack and still have one left

Victory Golden Monkey around 2003-2004. I wasn't a big fan of the fresh bottles I bought, so I decided to "age" a bottle and let it sit in my bedroom at room temp for a year. Still wasn't a fan.

Most of the credit goes to the dusty, questionable shop I got it from...but around the end of the year, I picked up a mid-2014 Stoudt's Fat Dog Imperial Stout. I let it age for a few months longer and just recently drank it. So it was very nearly 2 years old. Thanks, poorly stocked store!

The first beer I ever aged was DFH Palo Santo Marron. I started with a winner! I love this beer fresh and with two plus years on it(I don't notice much of a change in this beer at the 1 year point). I love this beer for aging because not only is it an amazing beer it is widely available year round so it is an easy one to build a vertical of and have several different vintages to sample. I grab a four pack periodically drink one(usually next two and aged bottle) and put the rest in the cellar. they are also a good beer to grab when cellar shopping and you cant decide what to drink(I'm prone to choose a beer I have multiples of or is not rare or limited if i am just looking for a beer for myself and not to share)

This one. A 2008 Bourbon County Stout that I opened and enjoyed just last year.

Did you open the stone recently? I have a vertical dating back to 2006 and I have really been wanting to open this one but I am torn between breaking into my only bottle myself or waiting long enough to find enough people to get into 11 years of it at once

Newer to the aging, so the first beer I've purposefully cellared would be '14 abyss. I think the "best after" date was pretty cool. Picked up 2015 abyss, but then I had '13 and really didn't care for it, so now in a bit of a pickle. Of course when I saw the Rye whiskey variant, I couldn't pass on that...

New to aging here too. I have a KBS 2016 that I picked up a couple weeks ago. Planned on just drinking it, then I found it on tap locally, so I figured this would be a good one to throw down into the cellar, aka my closet.
