I would love to see a lineup with the BTAC barrels being the only variation. All released at one, aged for a significant enough time and of course have a killer base stout. Think about it..

Woodford Reserve aged BBVD. I like Woodford and BBVD is one of the better non-BA imperial stouts I have had.

 

when you start this strong, its hard to improve. how about Elijah Craig 21 barrels?!

 

Well one of my dreams already happened (although I haven't gotten to taste it): Westbrook Gose in Tequila Barrels.

All Green Everything aged in oak barrels would be really interesting.

 

Not so much a dream beer, but I'd love to see a Creme Brulee barrel aged beer. It's got so much sweetness already, combined with some bourbon barrel could be fantastic.

Yuengling Porter in Maker's Mark barrels, just to put beer from Americas brewery into barrels from America's oldest distillery.

 

With all the talk about coffee, cocoa, cinnamon, spices, creme brulee and whatnot, I wonder why some of you guys don't just toss some Bourbon into a cup of Cappuccino.

 

I'd be pretty stoked to drink some barrel aged porters from the 18th century.
