this weekend is gonna be an absolute shit show. there were 10-15 people lined up just today like 45 min before the prop opened and it was only Wednesday with no announce of being open haha. I sat in the store as well for an hour or so and it was a constant stream of people coming in and buying bottles.

An FW deck would be a good wall hanger. Wish it wasn't 805 though

I get the feeling this place is going to always be crowded. While I definitely liked the vibe and the stuff they had to offer, I don't see myself going out there very often, except to pick up bottles. If I lived on that side of town? Most definitely.

 

Picking up a few bottles today. Also looking forward to Casablanca with their handmade flour tortillas and tequila cart. Mmmm, mezcal margaritas.​

I can't wait to check this place out, the space looks amazing. May have to get some more Parabajava as well.

 

Checked the place out yesterday, they definitely dropped a nice amount of coin on the facility. The store had everything you can think of along with a walk in cooler to get your bottles.

The restaurant had great food [pork belly tacos were great], four huge TV's showing all kinds of sports and the setup was amazing [fermentation tanks cut open and made into booths].

This IMO is the new king of the craft beer/food venue of the LA County area, now trying to get a table and a flight will prove to be the hard part.

It was also nice walking into the cooler, grabbing a Parabajava, Sloambic and Parabola and buying them all under 1 minute.

 

And all I gotta do is take a bus down washington. This is going to be trouble...

 

They let you walk in? When I bought my bottles, the people working there had to get them.

I hope you're right. Just seems like the sort of location that is going to be busy regardless of what is going on. For me, I can likely get out there for late lunch but driving back to/from Hollywood anytime around 5PM is a bit of a nightmare.
