Carton Brewing (April 2016)

Yeah, its weird they had SS cream on for something at Maloney's months ago and I think Blind Tiger had a keg later on, but no wide release. Not even at the brewery. Maybe saving it for warm weather?

 

Must have been a pilot batch or a Tippy batch or something.

What's everyone's guesses for today? I'm putting my money on a non dub variant. I already lost guessing Hoppun a couple weeks ago so I'll double down on that today.

 

Don't know if there will be a can, but hoping that randal is still on

 

For the sake of my fridge, I'm actually hoping they don't put out another dub variant this week...

Also - the FB posts didn't list Cosmo a few times, but they indeed had it.... IDIPA was dank as funk. Too dank I thought.

 

FYI O Dub in cans is back.

 

I want some IDIPA in my life, I loved that one.

Cheers! And did you get confirmation that Monkey will be back? I kind of figured they'd do another "take" on the simple sour concept a la Dune Fruit.

 

Edit Monster hasn't made it to the FB page yet.

 

No - it's an educated guess based on the fact they have been doing it elate spring/June since 2012 at least, canned in 2014 for the first time I believe, and it is from the mulberries in their backyard. Since they still have the tree, I recon they will still try to make it most years. Just a guess though.

 

I'm surprised G.O.R.P. hasn't been out... but then again, I might not be?
It's usually a March/April release.

I was just thinking about this beer and enjoyed it the last time I had it. I hope it returns soon!
