    Glad to see everything made it safe. I was honestly a little worried, as I've never sent a package that big before.

    Now that I don't have family in NYC, I don't get out there as much, but there's a good chance my band will be touring through there mid to late summer, and you'll be the first one I let know! Would gladly grab a beer with ya!

    Now that I remember, I'll actually be out there for the North American Cycle Courier Championships in late August to September at the very least, so I can meet up then!

    I'll toss my name in the hat for the keg as well!:wink: I'm now curious about what the cost would be to ship? A (LTL), less than truckload carrier would probably be the way to go.

    Thanks, besides drinking beer I enjoy collecting breweriana as well. Born and raised in Chicago, I've always been interested in it's brewing history and collecting related artifacts. It's so great to see Chicago back on the beer scene once again. Cheers!

    On the subject of shipping kegs, people used to send 5 gal homebrew kegs (full) to the National Homebrew Convention all the time (and probably still do). You just need to get the right shaped box, but it could be done as far as weight is concerned.
